People management in hotels
At Metahotel, we assess and support Talent Management in medium-sized and large hotel chains and independent hotels that do not have a specific People Development department or want to benefit from an independent organisation’s input.
We offer bespoke solutions, most of which can be subsidised or co-financed by training credit schemes (such as FUNDAE in Spain).
What makes our coaching different? Awareness. We involve people from the inside out (participation, motivation, commitment, etc.) and not from the outside in (standards, protocols, orders).
